When I first saw the image of this veggies with curry, I simply couldn't stop salivating. Such thing continued happening meanwhile I was reading the process of cooking.
I could imagine the chef of the recipe, mixing the ingredients, taking care of the flame, dressing the dish with the curry sauce, serving and making it look so wonderfully delicious.
I'm afraid I'm going to have to try the cooking myself!!!
