Shrimp broth

Mmm... I feel on the beach! With energy to run later!
Ingredients:
500 grs of Shrimp (wash before and drain)
Water
1/2 Onion
2 slices of Garlic
5 Carrots
1 Medium potato
5 Guajillo peppers (without seeds)
a bit of salt
Cooking:
Put one pan with water, the onion and the garlic. Let them boil.
Cut in small squares the potato and the carrots.
Add the shrimph (with skin) to the water with onion and garlic, let the shrimp cook enough, until then you add the vegetables.
In other pan you put water to boil with a bit of salt, when the water is boiling you add the peppers without seeds.
Take the peppers out, drain them and put them in the blender with a little water (just enough to cover the peppers) from the pan where you cooked them.
When the broth of shrimp and veggies is ready, add the pepper water and let the mix boil a little more with low flame. Serve and enjoy!!!!
