Core work is important but addressing diet too
by: Jessica

Jessica Unbewust Well abs has a lot to do with diet & cardio. Doing core work is important but unless the diet is addressed and worked on it is hard to get a flat stomach.

I would work on eating a "clean" diet. Stay away from processed foods, sugars, bad carbs (exposure to chemicals in general). Try and buy organic when you can. When you have toxic build up in your body the side effect is weight gain. In the fitness world you rarely read about toxicity and how important that is to your overall health & well being. When your body is functioning properly you will be able to get excess weight off much easier.

With all that said I do train my abs quite a bit and the two exercises I love to do is ball crunches & there is a relatively new machine out called the ab coaster that I love b/c it doesn't hurt my back. I like to superset them both. ...

Wonderful idea and easy to perform
by: Anonymous

The exercises are simple and easy to perform in any place. I liked the idea of using a chair. I usually don't have much time because of my work, but the time designed for this workout suits my needs. I will give them a try!!!
