Jorge, this article has wonderful and practical facts and helps people who think they don't like to exercise, to find options to become active.

Yes, it has do to with finding a purpose, I agree with that, but also with raising a passion from that purpose.

I believe too, that this is what drives anything we do in life to become a habit (something permanent), and not only something temporal.
