Checklist your feeding habits

Here are 10 questions for you. These questions have one purpose: Helping you to become conscious about your feeding habits. That's 1st step to getting started for any change or improvement you want to make, rather if you want to lose weight, gain some, organize your meals, stay away from snacks, or whatever comes to your head.

Ready??...

1) Do you include daily fresh fruits and vegetables??

2) Do you drink at least 1.5 Lts. of water or low calories beverages?

3) When you condiment your food, do you use fresh herbs, spices and small amount of salt?

4) Are you capable of eating a piece of cake or dessert without guilt?

5) Are your favourite cooking utensils (the pan, the pressure cooker, the grill, the steamer, etc.)?

6) Do you prefer whole foods instead of flour foods? (That includes: bread, pasta, tortillas, etc).

7) Is the meat, the sausages and the fish of secondary importance in your dishes playing veggies and fruits a primary role?

8) Do you take the time for eating, even when you're sitting alone at the table?

9) Do you breakfast and only quit to it (not very convinced) because you aren't able to work without it?

10) Are light sauces tastier for you than mayonnaise or thick sauces with flour?

Well, if you answered with "YES" to the last 10 questions, the better feeding habits you have.
