If you have a piece of paper on hand, it would be wonderful to write whatever is coming to your mind. And remember, to each question, answer with another question, right? I' ve been asking and re-asking this questions to myself this year and the passing years and I've got more answers than I could possibly talk about! This little brainstorming is something that has helped me clear about what I want to do, pursue and love to get in my life to experience.

So I wanted to share with you that little brain workout!!! To see if you can find something you'd love to get and maybe even turn it into a done task of achievement in your life!

Now, I became a professional more than 10 years ago of a strange career only available in Mexico called: Chemist-Pharmacist-Biologist (which by the way encompasses all of those three different subjects of knowledge). Then, I also got a masters degree in managment and marketing.

I think I studied such a career because, I consider myself also a very awake person and I love learning, researching for new things, reading, and most of all, I enjoy helping and learning from other people. Another question: What is it that you like to learn??

This takes me to tell you about some of the things I'm passionate about in life! In every activity I've got into, I've put all my heart and soul to it. Have you put your heart and soul onto something? What is it that you'd love to do? What are your dreams?

I just told you about my career, but I'm always learning new things and skills, and some of them are very diverse!! For example, I've got an experience of more than 10 years on cellular nutrition now, I enjoy reading-eating books of different topics, and I also love sports.

I love all of them, but I'm sincerely very fan of team sports like: basketball, scuba diving (I'm an instructor now), american football, baseball, voleyball, etc.

I have also performed many different others like: swimming, squash, tae kwon do, gymnastics, yoga, pilates, byke riding, triathlon, running, tennis, hiking, rafting, and most of the time at a competitive level.

When I started thinking what would be that something that I'd love to do or become, a picture of the life I would like came to me. I worked so hard for many years waking up 6 am, driving 1 1/2 hour to my job and getting out sometimes further than 8pm that I thought that was not what I would enjoy doing for an income.

I like to have time for me, my family, the people that I love and I also like to return something to the community, e.g Like helping you and others to achieve a better level of health by sharing what I love and care for. This is the way I'd like to use my time. This is my why in life.
